Research On DNC Technology For Manufacturing Workshop Of Aerospace

Along with the industrialization of information and the "two integration" pace, aerospace manufacturing workshop have focused on the field of information management. As the first step of Information Engineering in the space manufacturing workshop, the DNC system is very important in the manufacturing process. In recent years, with the development of manned spaceflight industry, the number of production equipment in the space manufacturing workshop has soared. The operation and management mode of the original workshop has been unable to meet the needs of a large number of models, the complex production site can not be understood and processed in time, but also affect the efficiency of the machine tool, resulting in the optimization of production resource management bottlenecks.Based on the current demand of the manufacturing workshop of the capital space Machinery Co., Ltd., based on computer technology, network technology, communication technology and numerical control technology, this paper makes a thorough investigation and analysis of the present situation of NC network application in the production field.Aiming at the manufacturing workshop with less numerical control equipment, a point to point DNC communication system based on LAN is proposed. The structure frame of DNC communication system is constructed, and the function of DNC communication system is further discussed. The realization of various functions in DNC communication system is presented, and the communication parameters and machine parameters are formulated.In view of the manufacturing workshop of NC equipment, the Ethernet DNC communication system is put forward. The data transmission line regulation of the communication structure is constructed. The single chip computer is used as the DNC controller, and the data transmission speed is m atched by the buffer control method. The realization method of DNC communication platform, event receiving platform and DNC controller core is studied in detail, and the corresponding implementation method is put forward.Simulation test and field test of the proposed Ethernet DNC communication system are carried out. Through the experiment, it is confirmed that the DNC communication technology is scientific and effective, the buffer control technology can effectively carry out data transmission, meet the needs of the use of the manufacturing workshop.The system has been applied in the space manufacturing workshop of the capital space machinery company. It provides the data for the field real time processing in the space manufacturing workshop, and it also provides the basis for the construction of the space product automation production line.
