Application Of Automotive CCH Product Line Resource Allocation

With the continuous development of global economic integration, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the electronic manufacturing industry has entered a meager profit era, facing the severe challenges of cost. With the social development and consumption level increase, the speed of new product innovation and updating is getting faster, and the frequency of new product introduction is becoming higher, at new product stage, the optimization of resource allocation plays a very important role in reducing cost and equipment investment.In this paper, to meet customer requirements and reduce production costs is the goal, study the product line of air conditioning controller in Y Company. The research process is based on the actual situation of the company, and analyzes the main influence factors of production cost, equipment and personnel allocation method were discussed.This paper study from new product introduction stage, the lowest cost of all product life cycle as the evaluation index, summarizes the methods that product line allocation resources through systematic method. And verify the feasibility of the method with the actual project. It is important practical significance to reduce the project life cycle single product production cost.
