The key to decrease the death of injured is to obtain the necessary biochemical indicators of the wounded quickly in the scene of the natural disasters and major accidents. For now, although traditional biochemical analyzer have been widely used in major hospitals as well as small and medium clinics, most of them have shortcoming such as bulky, inconvenient to carry and special requirement for operating environment, they were unable to meet the demand that rapidly obtain the biochemical indicators of injured in harsh environments of the natural disasters and accidents. Therefore, it is a hotspot at home and abroad to study for portable biochemical analyzer which have features combine low power consumption and easy operation, fast detection, and apply to all kinds of brutal environments in recent years. It has great social significance and application value.For the on-site first aid urgent needs of portable biochemical analyzer after disasters, the research group presented a technology solution. A hardware control system was designed based on micro-spectroscopy and UV-sensitive tube rapid biochemical analyzer. According to the working requirements of the hardware system, a designing scheme which is called rapid biochemical analyzer measurement and control software system based on embedded Linux is proposed. Some technical difficulties such as the sample reaction chamber constant temperature control and system self-check have been solved. Optimizations have been done to spectral scanning positioning control algorithm and multiple channels synchronous detection algorithm on the basis of multi-thread technology. Adopting the Westgard multi-rules, the instrumental quality control management system is well established. The Linux development platform has been built and the instrumental hardware driver has also been designed, then completing the program development and debugging of each function module. At the same time, in Third Military Medical University Xinqiao Hospital, the designed measurement and controlling software has also been verified, optimized and improved, the clinical contrast test is also completed. The results of the test show that the measurement and control software runs stability and high operation reliability, it initially achieves the clinical requirements.The main research works are as follows:(1) This paper introduces the recent development and research status of the biochemical analyzer home and abroad and analyze the development direction of the biochemical analyzer and discuss the significance of developing the portable biochemical analyzer.(2) After researching and analyzing the hardware system of the rapid biochemical analyzer, the measurement principles and the method in common use of biochemical analysis, the mathematics model for quantitative analysis of biochemical indicators was developed, a design scheme for biochemical analyzer measurement and control software which based on embedded Linux. The embedded Linux platform with S3C2440 chip is built and the instrumental hardware driver has also been designed.(3) Optimization design of the acceleration and deceleration control algorithm for stepper motor is done to achieve the spectral scanning precision positioning; Based on incremental PID algorithm achieves precise control of the temperature of the sample chamber; Adopting the multi-thread technology, the multiple channels synchronous detection is well established; According to the work principles of the hardware devices, a system self-check design scheme is proposed and achieved.(4) According to the usage demand, the detection flow and data processing of the measurement and control software system is determined; And the function module also been writen, verified, optimized and improved.
