Design Of Platform Power Plant Control System

With the development of modern shipbuilding technology, the higher requirements about the reliability and economy of the power management system for the ship power have been proposed. So the importance of the control and monitoring and management of ship power station is becoming more and more prominent. On the basis of researching and analyzing the existing domestic and international ship power station automatic control device fully, and based on programmable logic controller(PLC), advanced industrial control technology and computer technology, this paper design a set of management system for the ship power station.The design of power station control system has taken the 1500 meters drilling vessel of hull the number SS6030/6031 as an example in this paper. As the equipment of ocean engineering has the characteristics of large capacity power supply, high voltage grade, the complex network structure of power supply and distribution, and the diversified system operation conditions, the work of paper is mainly on the study of power system network structure analysis and design technology, the power system protection technology, ac/dc power distribution technology and so on. Firstly, set up the experimental platform to simulate actual working conditions station platform. Secondly, design the system power distribution board, signal acquisition hardware, By the test platform, design and verify the monitoring and alarm systems, power management systems and the corresponding man-machine interface, and make provisions for the system interface and communication protocol. Then design the system software, including automatic start module, automatic quasi-synchronous parallel operation module, the frequency modulation module, the module automatically splitting and automatic shutdown module and so on. Finally, use the Siemens programming software step7 to design the PLC control procedures to achieve a comprehensive control function.At last, the simulation test result shows that the Marine power station control system based on programmable logic controller(PLC) can have a good operation reliability and economy.
