In China's energy industry,electricityis one of the important energy sources.In recent years,with the development of China's economy and people's material life,the demand of society for energy is even more than any previous stage in history.As an important project of China's power supply,power grid construction projects play a decisive role in the development of today's society.However,as the construction of power engineering projects is complicated,and the scale is huge and the construction period is relatively long,the relevant units will be under greater pressure to build during the construction.Therefore,the power project construction process requires the active participation of all parties,and discuss and summarize the relevant construction plans.After comprehensively exploring and analyzing various construction plans,the most scientific construction plans are selected,thus to reduce the risk to the construction parties.Through a comprehensive and objective analysis and conclusion,the occurrence of project failures can be avoided.While ensuring the quality of construction projects,the investment returns demanded by enterprises can also be guaranteed.The project construction design is important,but the post project evaluation is also essential.After the completion of the construction project,the investigation and summary of the overall construction are performed,and then the problems and defects in the construction of the project are found out,so as to sum up the experience and lessons of the project construction and provide reliable experiences and opinions for the future construction projects.To promote the development of China's electric power industry,electric power construction projects are carried out by the relevant departments to enhance the ability,combining with the case of Dongping 110kV Dongyuan Transmission and Distribution Project,adopting the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method,for the comprehensive evaluation and analysisof five aspects including the post-evaluation of the implementation of the project,the post-evaluation of economic benefits of the project,the post-evaluation of technical performance of the power grid,the post-impact evaluation of the project,and the post-project sustainability evaluation.Based on the evaluation index system with the aid of the project,the above-mentioned projects are evaluated,and the final evaluation result is excellent.This shows that the post-evaluation result of Dongping 110kV Dongyuan Transmission and Transformation Project is good.This project can improve the project's profits while guaranteeing the quality of the project,and it also has a profound influence on the local power facilities and development pattern.
