Aircraft electrical system is an important equipment bearing on the safety of aircraft, and aero-generator is a core component in power system. As not to allow its fault simulation test directly. So greatly limit the failure prediction of air generators. Therefore, this article study a real-time simulation system of aero-generator,that simulates the aero-generator 's real characteristics by the way that inverter is controlled by computer. The subject of aero-generator is of great significance in fault prediction and effective early treatment failure.Firstly, Comparing the more popular real-time simulation program. then ensure real-time basis, selecte the Real-time simulation program which based on XPC target. And then analyze the VSCF power system,establish aero-generator system simulation model with GCU control the generator under the SIMULINK. And analyze the simulation model. Then design the Real-time simulation system structure of aero-generator, establish the verification simulation model of system of generator. Verify the correctness and effectiveness of this program.Finally, Analysis the principle of real-time simulation system. Building real-time target environment based on XPC target, using RTW simulation software generate the target model which can run on XPC target machine. And download the real-time code to the target machine.This program takes full advantage of the XPC can build real-time target environment and the RTW can automatically generate real-time object code. Provide a cost-effective development platform for real-time simulation of aero-generator.
