With the development of urbanization, traffic problems are increasingly serious. Among the accidents in the metro, frequent and pestilent fire accidents are the most critical. Currently, the study that directly combining subway station fire and evacuation has not formed.By literature, some methods and data are collected. Such as the characteristics and the main risk factors of subway station fire, and the factors of the evacuation are discussed from the subjective and objective aspects, also the requirement between Available Safety Egress Time and Required Safety Egress Time is set. Based on these, a station of is selected to be background, and the simulation model of subway station fire and the evacuation process are built by FDS and Pathfinder.In the simulation of FDS, three conditions are set, and the key points of each condition are set according to the path selection policy. By this simulation, Available Safety Egress Times of each key point are shown in gas temperature, CO concentration and the visibility, then the final Available Safety Egress Time, and each condition are get.In the simulation of Pathfinder, Available Safety Egress Time is set as background. The simulation result of each condition is analyzed. The results show that, in the background of each condition, all people can get out of the station, and we get the most dangerous condition of these three conditions. Under this condition, the carrying capacity of these two factors in this station is obtained. In this study, evacuation process is fully integrated with the development of subway fire accident, this paper has some reference value in fire evacuation of subway station.
