At present, China is in a period of large-scale infrastructure construction. A large number of buildings are rising up. There are a lot of factors that will affect whether the desired goals can be achieved for residential district projects.Cost is a key indicator of a construction project. Control and reduction of development costs become the main way to enhance profitability and market competitiveness among real estate companies with the national macro-control and gradually standardization of the real estate market. Management of construction cost is directly related to the survival and development of a construction business. In an increasingly competitive construction market, enterprises must continue to deepen the internal reform, implement the management and reduce construction costs to enable enterprises to adapt to the market economy and to seek survival and development.Construction quality is a key factor that is used to evaluate the success or failure of a project, which affects the safety of life and property of the people and thus decide the fate of the enterprise. Competition between civil engineering enterprises is the competition in quality in the final analysis. Quality is the lifeline. It is necessary to improve the quality of projects in order to achieve good economic returns. The key to achieving the ultimate goal in quality is to change the simple and primitive management methodology and carry out the whole process of quality control. The strengthening of quality control in the construction phase is to ensure the quality of construction achieves the desired goals.Safety management of construction projects is essential to security management of building enterprise and is also an important foundation to ensure the safety of construction enterprises. In order to reduce casualties, mobilize the initiative of the construction workers, construction companies should use modern scientific management methods of organization, coordination to strengthen the safety management of the construction project and enhance economic efficiency and laborproductivity, improve the working environment and working conditions at the same time.In this paper, the construction management process including quality, safety, cost were studied systematically for Wenyuan Community in Henan Province. The main work is as follows:Firstly,common problems in the domestic construction industry were summarized and analyzed.Secondly,detailed engineering quality, safety, cost were studied. Combined with management objectives a detailed analysis of its influencing factors were conducted and specific management measures were provided.
