Design Manufacture And Structure Analysis Of Cam Elevator

In today's world, manufacturing industry is developing with rapid speed, Chinese automobile manufacturing industry has entered an unprecedented period of rapid development. In this graduation thesis, according to the elevation structure of automobile production line, designed a new type of cam elevator, can meet cam elevator's different working procedures and speed requirements by means of simple mechanical structure.This thesis includes the following main research contents:1. A detailed study of technical movements and technical parameters of enterprise requirements, adequate communication with enterprise technical personnel. Analysed domestic and foreign similar structure, determined the use of cylindrical cam elevation for completing technical movements and technical parameters of enterprise requirements.Mainly includes the research of cam curve, especially the cylinder cam curve. Meanwhile,carried out design and calculation of cylindrical cam and the research of the processing technology.2. Mechanical structure research of outer periphery of the cylindrical cam, includes pedestal of cam elevator, bed of cam elevator, bearing gland, working table, right angle bending plate, bellows mounting plate etc. Determined the whole structure of cam elevator.3. Assemblage by means of UG three-dimensional modeling. At the same time, the key components of the model were simplified, the static load analysis was carried out, and then the 3D model was introduced into the finite element analysis. Confirmed that core components met the requirements of the operation, contacted processing unit for processing.4. Provided the processing technology of the key components, processed parts,assemblage and debugging. And summarized the problems in each link, and put forward the improvement measures.
