With the increasing popularization of elevators,corresponding accidents also occur more frequently,and wherein,accidents of people being locked up because of elevator getting stuck and stopped account for a large proportion;therefore,how to save trapped passengers from broken elevator safely and timely becomes a problem in urgent need to be solved nowadays,and it has always been the research focus of various elevator manufacturers.This article relates to a unique way of rescue,namely,design scheme of car-to-car rescue device,designed for special occasion,under which,conventional rescue method is impracticable in the case of elevator stuck accident.The main contents are transforming elevator of conventional configuration in accordance with corresponding international standards and national standards,namely,enabling products now available to meet special rescue requirements and achieve the purpose of fast and efficient rescue.This scheme requires the setting of safety gate on the side walls of two or more abreast group control elevator cars and specially designed rescue bridge,that is,realizing mutual rescue between two or more elevators by setting up rescue cross structure between the safety gates of group control elevators.In this article,the force condition of such main components as side-wall snap joint of the car where rescue bridge is set,car door and rescue bridge is analyzed and studied.3D entity model of rescue bridge is built,cloud chart of stress and deformation is plotted,finite element analysis is carried out on these components by software Pro/E Mechanica and Creo,the part to be strengthened for the component is found through data analysis,and improvement as well as secondary design are performed to relevant components specifically.Meanwhile,design,research and development are carried out via professional and specialized tractive force and car balance computation software Engcalc,and the influence of this design on the overall operation and comfort level of elevators are analyzed.Corresponding electric safety circuits are designed,pendulum test that the car,safety gate and cross structure must pass is conducted,and the process as well as operational performance of these components are verified at last.The car-to-car rescue device designed herein applies under the occasion and to the crowd when and to whom conventional rescue is impracticable,thus makes the design cannot in nature be used for elevator transportation possible,meeting national standards and requirements of efficiency,speediness and safety for rescue,and having positive significance in elevator rescue.
