Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Unsafe Navigating Behaviors At Sea And Its Correction

As a starting point,the unsafe behavior of a ship's officer refers to a fault that the crew members,under their own consciousness,violate laws,regulations or safety operation rules or regulations to make the accident possible or have an opportunity to endanger the safety of the ship.Normally the crew's unsafe behavior might refer to "should do something but not done" or"something that should not be done".Nowadays,although the training mode of the ship officer has become more scientific and reasonable,the unsafe behavior of the ship's duty officer still greatly affects the safe operation of ship today.Based on the experience of marine traffic engineering,this paper bases on the concept and method of safety behavior and behavior correction technology,studies the manifestation and influencing factors of ship officer's unsafe behavior,and puts forward the correction scheme according to the conclusion.The aim is to mitigate the bad navigating behavior of ship officers to some extent,reduce the occurrence of ship accidents,and provide reference for future research.Based on the cognitive psychology process and behavior of the ship officer,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and the process of the unsafe behavior of the ship's duty officer,and constructs the cognitive model of the unsafe behavior of the ship officer.Based on the above research,the operation ship is taken as the sample analysis,and the interpretation structure model is used to break down the influence system of the ship officer's unsafe navigating behavior into several subsystems.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of different levels of unsafe navigating behavior,using the knowledge of behavioral orthodontics,the author puts forward the correction of the influencing factors of navigating behavior by safety behavior correction,safety psychological intervention and behavior maintenance and self-control.The conclusions drawn in this paper are listed below:(1)Analyzing the navigating behavior of the ship from the perspective of cognitive principle.The mechanism model of the navigating behavior of the ship is obtained.(2)An explanation structure model method is used to analyze the hierarchical structure of the influencing factors of the unsafe navigating behavior of the ship officer,and to clarify the logical relationship between the influencing factors.(3)Proposed corrective advice on unsafe navigating behavior from the angle of behavior correction,security psychological intervention and behavior maintenance and self-control.
