Road traffic is the main mode of transportation in our country, but road traffic accidents happen frequently every year in our country, causing great damage to the safety of people’s lives and property. The unsafe behavior of road traffic drivers is the main cause of traffic accidents. Therefore, studying the influencing factors of road traffic drivers’ unsafe behaviors and reducing their unsafe behaviors from the perspective of influencing factors will help reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents. This article defines the concept of unsafe behaviors of road traffic drivers and classifies the unsafe behaviors of road traffic drivers.Through the analysis of the cause of the accident on the road traffic accidents retrieved by the China Emergency Information Network,a set of influencing factors of the driver’s unsafe behavior that led to the accident was obtained.Based on the above analysis, the questionnaire was compiled, and the reliability of the questionnaire was verified through the initial questionnaire test and the formal questionnaire test.Based on the questionnaire survey data,an indicator system of influencing factors of driver unsafe behavior was established through the evaluation model method, and an evaluation model of factors affecting driver unsafe behavior was constructed, which provided a theoretical basis for the management of unsafe behavior of drivers. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)A collection of factors influencing driver’s unsafe behavior.Define the unsafe behavior of road traffic drivers, analyze the cause of 57 road traffic accidents, and clarify the factors that affect the unsafe behavior of drivers, including a set of 13 influencing factors, namely: motivation, unsafe psychology, and physical Status, safety knowledge, communication and feedback, road traffic signs, weather, roads, lighting, fellow passengers, life events, vehicle equipment,human-machine adaptation.(2)The indicator system of factors affecting driver unsafe behavior includes 4 first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators, and the comprehensive weight of each level indicator is calculated. The first-level indicators include: safety awareness(0.29),safety atmosphere(0.27),individual factors(0.23),driving environment(0.21);secondary indicators include: motivation(0.116),cognition of rules and regulations(0.07),cognition of driving safety behavior(0.1),communication feedback(0.1),road traffic signs(0.13),herd mentality(0.04),fellow passengers(0.09),circadian rhythm(0.14),weather(0.11),navigation(0.1).(3)The evaluation model of factors affecting unsafe behavior of drivers rated the factors affecting unsafe behavior of drivers as five grades, and corresponding intervention strategies were given according to different evaluation grades. The scientificity and rationality of the evaluation model is proved through empirical studies on 30 drivers.
