Simulation And Optimization Study Of Air Cargo Departure Process Based On PETRI Nets

With the increasing development of the global economy, international trade and international exchanges have been becoming more frequent, the goods are transported and moved in the scope of the global with the flow of trade and personnel. Due to the higher requirement for transportation, air transportation has become the first choice for international cargo transport. With the rapid growth of China's economy, China's international air cargo transportation market is increasing in recent decades, foreign air transport tycoon also strengthened the scramble for Chinese market.Domestic air transport enterprises have made some progress, but there is still a gap compared with the foreign air transport enterprises, inefficiency, high error rate and high damage rate. To survive in the increasingly fierce competition, domestic freight enterprises must cooperate, optimize business processes, improve efficiency, enhance the international competitiveness.The export process of goods carried by Air China Cargo Co. Ltd are selected as the research object, and the chapter is arranged as follows:Chapter 1: The research background and the significance of this study were introduced, the literatures related with the optimization of air cargo process and Petri nets were collected. Then the existing process modeling methods were analyzed and compared, at last, the Petri nets was select as the methods of process modeling;Chapter 2: In this chapter, Petri nets fundamental, Petri nets basic properties and Petri nets analysis method are introduced, including reachability tree analysis,invariant analysis and incidence matrices analysis.Chapter 3: The international air cargo export process was hackled, and flow chart was given, then a stochastic time Petri nets model of international air cargo export process was established. The model was proved correct by the analysis of incidence matrices.Chapter 4: Simulation platform are briefly introduced, and the model was simulated,then some measures were put forward to optimize international air cargo export process, and the efficiency before optimization and after optimization were compared.Chapter 5: A summary of this paper was made, the weak points of this paper were pointed out, and the direction of future research was also given.
