| The continuous improvement of life quality and the continuous upgrading of consumption concepts make a new round of rapid expansion of air cargo transportation,and put forward a high request to the timeliness of airfreight,storage conditions and transport conditions of air cargo.As an important node of air cargo transportation,cargo terminal plays a vital role in improving the speed of cargo collection,transfer and distribution and ensuring the smooth connection of cargo transportation.At present,the guarantee capacity provided by the cargo terminal of the Beijing Capital International Airport cannot satisfy the growing demand.Beijing Aviation Ground Service Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as BGS)undertakes about a half of the cargo business of the airport.Therefore,the optimization of the business process of Beijing Capital Airport BGS Terminal is of great significance to the improvement of the terminal support capacity of Beijing Capital International Airport.Firstly,based on the deep analysis of BGS cargo terminal business process of the Beijing Capital International Airport,the research drew the flow chart of the cargo station main business,modeled business process with Petri net method and verified the validity of the Petri net model.Then,the Petri net model was optimized with correlation matrix recombination and ECRS analysis method,respectively.Through the Petri net time-valued simulation experiment performed by the Tina simulation tool,we verified the effect of Petri net model optimization.Finally,by comparing the simulation results before and after optimization,it shows that the application of correlation matrix reorganization and ECRS analysis to Petri net modeling optimization has good applicability for improving the business process optimization of BGS freight station in Capital Airport.This research is based on the operation process of general cargo at cargo terminal,which has certain reference value for most of the air cargo operations. |
