Study On Control System Of Quality Management Of Air Traffic Control System

In recent years, air transportation plays an increasingly important role with the rapid development of economy, and air traffic control(ATC) is an important part to ensure the safety of civil aviation. The quality of ATC system will directly affect the efficiency of the whole aviation system. In addition, the increasing air traffic flow has put forward higher requirements on ATC, so the importance of the quality of ATC system is more and more prominent. Therefore, the study on the operational quality of ATC system is of great significance, it can reduce operating costs of civil aviation, improve the efficiency of air transport, reduce air traffic congestion.Based on the analysis of dynamic operation process of ATC system, triangular fuzzy numbers, the Fuzzy-ANP evaluation method, grey comprehensive evaluation method, BP neural network modeling method and quality control system are used to this paper. Firstly, the current research status and background of the operation quality of ATC are briefly described.Then describes the general situation of ATC and how to use the ISO9000 quality management system in the operation process of ATC system. Besides, the control system operation process is summarily introduced, and the design theory of operation quality evaluation index system of ATC system is analyzed. After that, based on control system dynamic operation process,quality evaluation models upon Fuzzy-ANP evaluation and multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation method and BP neural network method are established after constructing operation quality evaluation index system. Finally, the important quality control variables are ensured by the improved IPA analysis method. According to the results of quality assessment, the control system of the quality management of ATC system has been proposed from the perspective of process methods.
