"Large, medium and small type" general aviation enterprise is growing fast, various type of aircraft of general aviation are rapid introduced. Compared with the increasingly aircraft, employees and the amount of flight work, the other hand, general aviation enterprises currently is still completely dependent on artificial statistical flight time, for the second day’s flight plan and the arrangement of the recent maintenance plan. But under the disturbance of uncertain factors such as weather, aircraft fault, airspace flow control, the flight plan and the actual flight often inconsistent, which increases the difficulty of subsequent formulated flight and maintenance plan, more likely to lead to work conflict. For flight of fleet training, the influence is more obvious. This simple maintenance production management mode is not only time-consuming, labor-intensive, and affected by human factors and environmental factors, more buried a great potential aviation security risk.Therefore, the reference of the airline’s most advanced maintenance and management systems, applications in general aviation for maintenance and management deficiencies, proposed the establishment of information, intelligence general aviation maintenance production control system. In this article, with PHP as a development language, adopts B/S structure, using object-oriented ideas to establish analysis model, design model, according to the model design system function module. Then, the system is programmed to complete the development of aviation maintenance production control system, finally test the system to analyze the defects and deficiencies of the system in order to improve.Function modules of the system include five modules:aircraft data, production operation, engineering technology, system management, message management etc. Through these functional modules, the general aircraft maintenance production related data can be recorded in real time. At the same time, relying on the data of maintenance and production to achieve real-time monitoring and classification authority about the airplane control projects, maintenance fault information, maintenance records and planned maintenance work. Development and use of the system for the entire general aviation maintenance production informatization, intellectualization has made some contribution. In addition, this paper uses the multi layer coding genetic algorithm to study the scheduling algorithm of the maintenance task which is automatically generated by the system. The algorithm can according to the maintenance tasks required working hours and maintenance personnel ability to unity the plan of the maintenance production task, auxiliary production planners to develop a more scientific production planning, with the optimal maintenance plan, to maximize the flight safety and benefit of flight. |
