With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the general aviation industry has also entered a stage of rapid development,playing a key role in fields such as industry,agriculture,forestry,fisheries and construction.With the continuous expansion of the industrial scale,the number of aircraft that general aviation enterprises need to manage has risen from dozens to hundreds,and the maintenance management of aircraft has become more and more heavy.Maintenance management of aircraft is the most significant and basic work of general aviation enterprises.It is the guarantee for safe and efficient operation of general aviation enterprises,and it is the foundation for long-term development of enterprises.At present,the traditional aircraft maintenance management mode relies too much on man-made planning and implementation,which requires high labor costs and makes the work inefficient.In order to improve the efficiency of maintenance management of enterprises,realize the informationization and intelligence upgrade of maintenance management,and ensure the maximization of enterprise benefits,this paper constructs a general aviation aircraft intelligent maintenance management system to record and monitor the aircraft's status data,and automaticly generate maintenance plan warnings.The main work and innovations of the thesis are as follows:1.Based on the investigation of the maintenance and management work of the aircraft in general aviation industry,an efficient database system was designed to store relevant data during the maintenance and management work,and an intelligent maintenance management system for general aviation aircraft was constructed.2.The aircraft state parameter was stored in the database and recorded and monitored throughout the life cycle of the aircraft,which realized the digital management of aircraft information.3.The maintenance project information was stored in the database and the maintenance project can be developed and modified through the system,which realized the online digital management of the maintenance project.4.According to the state parameter of the aircraft and the information of maintenance project,the maintenance plan was automatically generated in the system,which reduced the burden on the maintenance planner and improved the efficiency of the aircraft maintenance management.5.The maintenance task information was visually displayed in the form of a calendar day interface in the system,and the entire process of generating,delivering,submitting,and ending tasks could be performed online,which made the task execution process more efficient.
