| Since entering the new era,power grid has been played more important role in economic and social development.Power grid system is not only related to the cost of construction,but also linked to the security of peoples lives and properties.In the power grid system,the most typical program is substation;due to the special technology,complicated process,and many participates,therefor there are quite uncertainties involved.In order to keep the quality of substation construction,improving the constructing management is the key,and not just sees from the results,but also sees from the cost.Substation is directly linked to the safety of the whole system of power grid,therefor the quality of construction is the most strict rule to follow.In this particular paper,how to combine the characteristics and the elements of construction,promote the quality of self-control,improve the problem of quality control and perfect the project quality would be a major concern.More importantly,the theoretical system of researching the project quality control and substation quality control would be elaborated systematically.From chapter three,with the sample of 220 kV Dingding substation project and combining the theory of quality management system,in the paper would have rigorous analysis.Through the study of the characteristics and working condition of 220 kV Dingding substation project’s quality control,first of all,the three elements which are plan,detail,and achievement would be reflected in the project;secondly,the quality control runs through the project plan,control and quality,the quality control of the project needs to be effectively linked to every work and boost the success which is the goal of project quality,and it is based on quality plan,control,and keep the project moving all the time;thirdly,the substation project is professional,extensive,complicated,so substation project shall be hold in scientific,reasonable,and perfect system and regulation of quality control,thereby the work plan of quality control would be implement effectively,and the quality target would be fulfilled truly.The core is in chapter five,this section has applied the method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation to analyze the quality control of Dingding substation project,and based on the actual circumstance and evaluation,also has concluded and analyzed the problem of Dingding substation project,at the end the improved solution has been proposed pertinently.In this paper the tentative improvement of quality control has not just been made for Dingding substation project,but also has lessoned other substation projects significantly. |
