The current domestic production of the diesel fuel system was mainly transferred from abroad, including the manufacturing equipment or process. But SCC current production is directly from the laboratory phase to the mass production phase. So ut is different form common production transfer.In this paper, together with the actual situation of this project, this project is realized from Beta samples to mass production, it is mainly based on the company’s internal procedures, advanced product quality plan of automotive industry, and production product approval process; In the implementation process, based on the customer requirements, it needs to complete the project ahead of the original schedule, so critical path method and concurrent engineering were applied to optimize the project activities to meet customer expectation, In addition, for the resource shortage problem of part of the project activity, coordination of human resources in the company for equipment release of the original project activities in order to adjust and make it under the condition of limited resources to complete the project on time; for production capacity, and by applying the method of model for the new assembly line with balance theory to carry on the design and implementation to meet customer’s requirement and guarantee the project implementation.This paper probes into the related contents of project time management, and coordination in the auto industry related processes to develop project plan, and the concrete implementation process of targeted control, hope it will be useful for company’s subsequent project management and provide the reference in the same industry.
