With the rapid development of the economy,the development of small-scale water conservancy projects has become more and more prosperous.Especially in China,farmland irrigation is mainly based on small-scale water conservancy projects.In terms of agricultural cultivation and supply of grain,the role of small-scale water conservancy projects is becoming more and more significant.Due to the low construction standards,small-scale water conservancy projects often have problems with aging and quality problems,delays in production,waste of resources,and no good construction management platform.Therefore,we need to continuously improve the management level,apply advanced scientific methods,optimize the project's progress-resources to improve the economic and social benefits of the project,and apply the project management software to greatly simplify the calculation process of the staff and master the project in time.Dynamic,and calculate the impact of problems encountered during construction,research on project construction optimization,and find the optimal solution for the appropriate small-scale water conservancy projects.Based on the analysis of engineering construction progress,resources and expenses at home and abroad,this paper uses the critical path method and P6 project management software to construct the model from the time critical path method and the resource critical path method.In the time critical path model,the "three-time estimation method" in PRET is used to calculate and analyze the optimistic estimation time and pessimistic estimation time of the parameters inside,and finally calculate the duration of each operation,because there is uncertainty in the construction situation.Therefore,it is of practical significance to determine the duration of the construction operation and to study the optimization of the construction network schedule.The three-dimensional cross-operation method is used to optimize the construction period.In the resource critical path method construction model,the resource peak-shooting method is used to optimize the resources on key operations to balance the resources.Finally,the two building models are analyzed by using the earned value method,and the progress and cost are compared.The conclusion that the resource critical path model is optimized is obtained.Taking the small-scale water conservancy project of Dangjia Village,Baijiagou,Faku County as an example,the time critical path model was constructed,and the project duration was shortened by 4 days.The resource critical path model was constructed,and the stone resources in key work were carried out through the fixed-resource equilibrium theory.Resource optimization has achieved the goal of resource balance.The progress plan made byusing the earned value method to calculate time critical lines is 24.75%of the total progress,and the total cost at completion is 506994.46 yuan,while the progress plan calculated through the resource critical line is 71.01%of the total progress,and the total cost at completion is564165.78.yuan.Therefore,the model schedule of the resource-critical line construction is46.26%ahead of the progress schedule of the time-critical line construction,and the cost only exceeds 11.28%.After comparison,the resource critical path model is optimized to a better extent,more effective and more suitable for small water conservancy projects.Finally,the best plan for progress-resource optimization will be provided,which will provide some reference for the progress and cost management content and methods of small-scale water conservancy projects.
