The present situation of aircraft circuitboard incomplete information and technology blockade not onlyrestricts the aviation maintenance enterprises long-term development, but also promotes the aviation maintenance enterprises to improve the ability of independent repair.Aircraft circuitboard as an important part of aircraft equipment,strengthening its reverse repair levelhas far-reaching military significanceto improve the protection ability of air force equipment,but also has very significant economic benefits.With the deepening of the aircraft circuit board repair work, the repair work of aircraft circuit boards is transforming from discrete components repair tointegrated device repair. At present, the number of repairingcircuit board based on TMS320VC5416 DSP processor architectureis on the rise. In order to grasp the board repair capability to meet the purpose of quickly locating the hardware and software failure in the aircraft circuit board, we urgently need to systematic research the hardware design, software developmentand multi-bus communication technologyin advancefrom the positive point of view. For this reason, this thesis presents the hardware design and software reader technology research work for TMS320VC5416 DSP, so topic selection of the thesishas strong pertinence and important application value.Based on TMS320VC5416 DSP processor, the thesis designed a multi-function communication interface module with the communication functions of RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN2.0, Ethernet, USB2.0 bus and developed various communication functions procedure code based on CCS3.3.Finally, the thesis developed integrated test software of the multifunctional communication module for the module features experimental verification.The thesis mainly completed the following several aspects work:(1)The thesis conducted systematic research on TMS320VC5416 pin characteristics, debugging and downloading method and CCS3.3 software development environment which laid a foundation for the subsequent hardware design and software development based on the multifunctional TMS320VC5416 communication interface module;(2)The thesis built the module bus communication test system platform by using the PCI-610 L YanHua IPC as a host computer, multifunctional communication interface module as a lower machine and gave the ideas of module software development and PC software development;(3)Based on TMS320VC5416 processor, the thesis designed the RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN2.0, Ethernet, USB2.0 bus communication interface circuit, developed various communication functions procedure code based on CCS3.3 and debugged the program by using ICETEK-5100 USB2.0 emulator;(4)Based on Visual C++6.0, driver interface functions and serial communication functions, the thesis wrote a function for each communication module and developed a comprehensive testing software with RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN2.0, Ethernet, USB2.0 bus communication function;(5)Based on the built module bus communication test system platform, for the design of the multifunctional communication module, the thesis experimented on the module communication function through the development of comprehensive test software. The experimental results show the effectiveness.Through the development of this module, we can not only grasp the working theory of TMS320VC5416 DSP processors, the methods of hardware design, software development and multi-bus communication technology, but also use the developed communication module in various test systems, as well as do a great help for locating failure in the aircraft circuit board based on TMS320VC5416 DSP processor architecture.
