| With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology, electronic products represented by household electrics, influenced people’s lives profoundly, greatly improving the quality of people’s lives. Our country is populous, it’s inevitable that there will be more and more waste household electrics, as a large number of consumption every year. But in our country, the EOL treatments of household electrics are rarely taken into account in the design stage, making a lot of waste of resources in the recycling of waste household electrics. Aiming at this problem, this paper has done the systematic design research.Based on the design concept of green design, this paper is regarding design for disassembly as the main design method. Through the study of green design and design for disassembly, This paper obtained the criteria of the disassembly oriented design. Then, based on the adequate study of household electrics, including the research of typical disassembly structure and the existing recycling and disassembly technology, the main factors influencing the disassembly and recycling of household electrics was summed up. Before finally, based on the previous research, taking the aspect of method, technology and human factor into account, the conceptual framework of the green design for disassembly of household electrics was proposed, including the modularization design method for product structure optimization, as well as the "one to many" disassemble structure design and the selection method of "one to one" disassemble structure, and on this basis, the process of green design for disassembly of household electrics was obtained, as well as the reference of the design choices in the process.The research of this paper results to the reference for removable design of household electrics in the new environment, and laid the foundation for future related research. It has important significance in the green design research and the realm of the sustainable development. |
