As the booming development of the manufacturing industry,the yield and the gross of electronic product are rising rapidly.At the same time,the amount of old electronic product is increasing,some problems such as resource shortage,environment pollution,and so on, have been concerned.consequently,the study of how to reuse the parts of electronic product efficiently and decrease the pollution produced by the castoff has already become the most important and considerable section of green design research. Also become the most important subject faced the manufacturing industry.Based on the inland and outland researches on this field, in this dissertation, the basic theories of the life circle design (LCD) system structure, obtaination and expression of disassembly and recycle information,the fuzzy clustering of parts in disassembly process,disassembly sequence planning are studied deeply and systematically.The main content as follows:1. The green design structure of LCD is put forward. The characteristics and rules of design for disassembly and design for recycle among the green design are analyzed.2. The needed information of disassembly research is analyzed, obtaination and expression of product disassembly information is researched.3. The concept of Parts relating degree is put forward,and it is measurement as combining tightness between two Parts. The Part relating degree is also analyzed quantitatively by using the analytic hierarehy Proeess (AHP) in this dissertation. According to the Part relating degree,the relating matrix is built.The sub-assembly clustering can be realized by using the matrix.4. The method of disassembly planning based on restriction matrix is put forward. Through the linear programming operation of restriction matrix, the possible disassembly sequence can be realized.
