As the mobile Internet and the sustainable development of relevant industries, people entered the high speed and a new era of 4G mobile communication. The endless information and a large number of mobile Internet applications in mobile phones as the main representative of the widespread popularity of mobile Internet devices,make people immersed in the information age. Among them,the multi-point touch smartphone basic covered the domestic mobile phone market. In such an environment, attitude and behavior of the mobile device users in use process is gradually changing. These changes involve a variety of software and hardware product design style and design concept.So that more excellent and personalized graphics interface and interaction become the inevitable demand of 4 g mobile Internet era.In today's mobile web design world,more and more developers in the device's graphics interaction design to add a large number of dynamic effect,in order to improve the user experience of interaction,which not only include all kinds of interactions of animation effects,more involved in the deeper dynamic interaction logic and design concept. But,in fact,different levels of interactive products in huge market of mobile devices,a lack of consensus or specification,including a large number of redundant,blunt or confusing dynamic effect,seriously affect the user experience. In this paper,based on the perspective of the user experience to research, analysis of mobile equipment of dynamic elements contained in the interaction experience. Based on mobile Internet era Angle at the same time,combining the theory of cognitive psychology,demand hierarchy theory and other related to analysis of the relevant methods of dynamic mobile device interface design and principle and evaluation standard. Hope from the Angle of the objective for the mobile device interface dynamic design.This paper to study the background of the era of mobile Internet to parse the emergence of the mobile Internet and the development process,through the analysis of the market and users of this year to its characteristics and pervasive computing theory to induce in the current era of mobile Internet users demand,then analyzed the dynamic graphic design elements on the influence of the interface between a mobile device. To prove that the dynamic design is the inevitable development trend of mobile Internet era this conclusion. Secondly the paper analyzed the dynamic mobile device interface design methods and concepts. Through the user interviews,literature and network information such as a variety of channels to interpret the details of the design of dynamic effect methods and concepts. According to cognitive psychology and emotional design and related theoretical basis,based on user activity center for the analysis of dynamic design of the specific steps,and expounds its value and significance,and puts forward relevant principles and evaluation standards. In the final part design practice,through the study above,the dynamic design method,according to the concrete design steps to complete the implementation of the concept of dynamic interaction interface prototypes,and by recording the design thinking and process to design method to verify them.With the continuous development of the mobile Internet industry,the design method of mobile devices and ideas also changes. So the interface related design elements and methods of the dynamic development,need to take into consideration the use of the designer. This article mainly lies in the analytical design method of dynamic design of the main,hope the relevant design methods and ideas bring developers thinking,and thus a better user experience for the current mobile devices.
