Weight and balance is an important part of the ground support work.In actual flight, only guarantee the weight does not exceed the maximum take-off weight is not enough,you must also ensure that the center of gravity of the aircraft at any time can not exceed the allowable range,or there is a risk.For example,it may cause the aircraft tail rubbing when the aircraft is going to take off,structural damage,aerodynamic instability,ground instability(aircraft subversion),make it unsafe when the passengers on board,fuel consumption increase,shorten the fatigue life,make damage to the runway and so on. So it has theoretical significance and practical value to set up a optimal model for the weight and balance work and find the optimal solution.The subject sets up a load balancing optimization model for the whole airplane based on the air cargo loading model and the aircraft cabin model which are refer to the cabin design of the domestic large aircraft C919; Secondly, using ant colony algorithm to solve the optimization of the established model. This method describes the biological activity of the ant colony with mathematical method,it can find the optimization solution of the model with positive feedback mechanism.It has a strong applicability, ductility and robustness,and has been applied in many engineering optimization. Then through the modeling analysis of load balancing instance,the accuracy,the applicability and the effectiveness of the model has been verified; Finally, considering the big work and the low efficiency in many airlines,it is necessary to develop a weight and balance software system.the implementation of weight and balance software system greatly reduced the work load of the worker in airlines and increased the credibility of the loading.
