Research On Standardization Management Of Construction Project Of Y Construction Enterprise

At present,many large-scale real estate enterprises and construction enterprises in China adopt standardized management in dealing with the problems of high quality products,quick turnover of funds and quick start-up of projects.Project standardization management refers to the excellent experience and practice of project management,which can be implemented in different projects by setting standards,so that project management can be transformed from human management to institutional management.Compared with the other construction enterprises in China,Y company still adopts semi-extensive and semi-standard management mode in project management,and the management level is relatively backward.Based on the investigation and study of the project management of Y Company,this paper takes the Diamond Bay Project of Dalian as an example to point out the problems existing in the project management in the actual production management process,and according to the present situation of the project management of Y Company,determines that the project standardization management should be standardized from the organizational structure,site management and management system.And the standardization of process control is carried out in four aspects,and the application of standardization management in actual production is studied.Finally,the implementation steps of standardized management and ideological measures,organizational measures,economic measures and other safeguards are proposed.This paper uses the methods of literature research,theory and practice,starting from the status the current situation of Y enterprise civil engineering project management,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,drawing on advanced experience at home and abroad,and applies the project management,standards and standardization theory to study the standardization of project management.The research shows that the standardized management of engineering projects is a repeatable and operable method,which can improve the level of enterprise project management.
