Belt conveyor is an important material handling equipment,because of its large conveying capacity,long transmission distance,high reliability and easy to realize automatic control is widely used in coal,petroleum,chemical,logistics and other important fields.The belt conveyor relies on the rigid flexible coupling between the conveyor belt and the drive roller to provide power for the whole system.As a flexible element,the conveyor belt is characterized by significant viscoelasticity,and it has a larger deformation than other rigid elements.The conveyor belt in the working process of viscoelastic,large displacement and large deformation coupling effect,the dynamic characteristics of complicated,not only makes the conveyor belt prone to the phenomenon of deviation,and affect the reliability but also on belt conveyor parts.Aiming at this problem,this paper studies the deviation of conveyor belt based on multi-body dynamics:(1)Considering the nature of the material and the conveyor belt and the roller contact way,starting from the angle of multi body dynamics,using the finite element method to establish the rigid body discrete model of the conveyor belt.The change of the model,the rigid element and spring damper element coordinate energy,transport multi-body dynamic equation with the deduced,lay a solid theoretical foundation of belt deviation for the following problems.(2)To establish the virtual prototype model of the belt conveyor,the discretization in the other parameters of the virtual prototype model of belt conveyor is established.The discretization in other parameters under the same conditions,comparative analysis under different conditions of conveyor belt unit axial force,relative velocity and acceleration and offset the changes of stiffness and damping of the conveyor belt effect of belt conveyor,conveyor belt and the effects of variation with frequency offset and time using Fast Fourier Transform.(3)Analysis the force of the parallel tolerance between the drive roller and the driven roller,establish the dynamic model of belt conveyor based on multi-body dynamics.By changing the parallelism of the two rollers,Analysis the variation of the stress and displacement of conveyor belt,reseach the influence of the parallelism tolerance of the driven roller and the driven roller on the deviation of the conveyer belt.(4)The stress analysis of the driving drum is carried out to determine the relationship between the offset of the conveyor belt and the force of the driving roller.Under different working conditions,the size and distribution of the stress and strain of the driving drum are found,and the position of the drive cylinder is found to be damaged.(5)Under the two conditions of normal operation and deviation,using the method of sensitivity analysis of the driving drum design variable sensitivity to the objective function,and according to the variation of the objective function of the change of the driving drum of different design parameters,study the influence on the driving drum of belt conveyor design optimization.
