An Empirical Study On Satisfaction Of Building Information Modeling Innovation Technology

Building information model(BIM)is a landmark innovation technology,it relies on project life-cycle data platform to set up effectively and the efficient management of information,quickly becomes the focus in the industry.The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle improves the operation efficiency and control abilities of the project and saves the project cost.Today's application research on BIM technology focuses on BIM technology application research,and has less attention to the application satisfaction of BIM technology.Based on the technology adoption angle,this paper studies the problem of application satisfaction of BIM technology,and explores the potential factors influencing the application satisfaction of BIM technology,and finds out the effective relationship between various factors.This paper will study the ACSI(American customer satisfaction model)and information technology adoption theory.This paper compiled the BIM technology research status quo of development,the information technology adoption theory and the development of the customer satisfaction model in detail.Through on-the-spot investigation and study,this paper sums up the influence factors that influence the degree of customer satisfaction with BIM technology application,and analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors,and builds the BIM technology application satisfaction model.This paper designs a questionnaire for the variables to be explored in the model and retrieves the survey data by measuring the scale.According to the sample data obtained by using the theory of structural equation model,the empirical analysis first sample data for the reliability and validity,it is concluded that the questionnaire,the reliability and validity of and hypothesis test,the fit of the model according to the results of the final run,get the BIM technology application satisfaction model,and all the indexes reach ideal level.Finally,it is concluded that perceived usefulness and high level managementsupport are the main factors influencing the application satisfaction of BIM.Among them,high-level management support is the most critical potential variable.At the end of this paper,some Suggestions on how to improve the application satisfaction of BIM technology are proposed,which provides valuable Suggestions for the vigorous development of BIM technology in China.
