Departure aircraft pushback process transfers the waiting time of taxiing to the waiting time at gate or on ramp. How to allocate the limited slot resource to the aircrafts of relevant airlines and minimize the ground taxiing time of the aircraft and flight delays with control of the flight pushback process, assure the fairness and efficiency in the process of the slot resource allocation is discussed in this paper.This paper introduces the virtual queue to flight pushback process with the analysis of the departure flight pushback process. Game theory is applied to the departure flight pushback process based on virtual queue. establish the game model of the departure flight pushback process to minimize the delay cost of the departure flight and improve the allocation efficiency of limited slot resources, use credit priority to make the resource allocation more fair, limit the selfish of the airlines in the competition, and then propose flight pushback dispatch program simulate the model with the airport flight departure data. The results show that the utilization of the limited slots is more efficient, the algorithm guarantees the fairness among the airlines and restrains the selfish of the airlines for the slots, proposes a feasible scheme for the flight dispatch and resource allocation in the departure flight pushback process.
