From 2005 to 2015, the large and medium-sized coach and bus average growth rate reached 10.91%, so the market demand leds to the expansion bus companies and perfect management.At the same time, In bus and coach industry has made great development, while the users demand for product are increasingly personalized, and are becoming increasingly strict quality requirements. Under the condition of new demand in the industry, traditional artificial preparation technology file management way already can not meet the needs of passenger car industry production in bus companies, and digital bus enterprise developing process management needs the development of the software aspects.On the basis of process management level,to achieve seamless process and product PDM, process and production of ERP.The application of CAPP process management system in bus companies in 2010 is not many.This paper is to through the deep study of CAPP process management system, combing withthe current development situation and the 12 th five-year plan, then the bus and coach enterprises to create a set of suitable for CAPP technology of bus and coach industry management system software.At the background of FAW bus and coachcompany, the paper shows detail demand for CAPP software process management and the application of the CAPP system in the technology management process improvement.The main research result of this thesis has the following three aspects:First, in order to improve the bus technology management as a starting point, this paper puts forward the process management software specification. through the analysis of current situation of domestic coach industry,Yutong,King,Long,Golden Dragon,Higer,and FAW itself,to create a set of suitable for CAPP technology of bus and coach industry management system application software.Second, in this thesis, by the study of CAPP system the core package,which clears about the bus business process management work of specific architecture.Third, by means of the life cycle and the implementation of the workflow management module, the basis of process management platformis established and used to support other business data standardization of process management, support more convenient and faster airbus all related business personnel technical data, improve the wholeefficiency of the FAW bus process system.
