Influence And Application Analysis Of Opening Hole To The PK Prestressed Concrete Composite Slab

PK prestressed concrete composite slab is a kind of new integral floor slab,it has a base plate with “T” type rib and has reserved holes on it.After inserting steel bar and arranging concrete on the bottom plate,it will become an integral floor slab.It has a convenient method of production and construction.It also has high capacity of bearing,high rigidity,remarkable overall and anti-seismic performance,good crack resistance.It is an important part of the assembly building,and it plays a great role in promoting construction industrialization.The floor requires frequent openings in the process of architecture construction due to the effect of water and power pipeline.At present,there is no detailed study of PK plate’s opening performance especially when the prestressed steel bar is interrupted.PK board’s opening can improve the rate of assemble construction and the advantages of it will be greater play.This article carries on a thorough research on opening PK prestressed concrete composite slab basing on the ordinary PK slab.The main research is as follows:(1)Using finite element method to analyze the nonlinear performance of opening PK prestressed concrete prefabricated plate.(2)Studying how hole size and location influences the deformation of PK prestressed concrete prefabricated plate.(3)Studying how hole size and location influence the concrete and steel bar stress of PK prestressed concrete prefabricated plate.(4)Analyzing the engineering applicability of the researching model and demonstrating whether we can open hole on the PK prestress concrete prefabricated plate.(5)Analyze and discuss the construction process of opening a hole to PK prestressed concrete prefabricated plate.Through the study,we can draw the following result:(1)Opening holes will significantly increase the deformation of PK prestressed concrete precast slab.The farther away from the plate edge,the greater deformation the plate has.(2)Opening hole can make the concrete stress on the up edge of the PK board increase,but the low edge reduce.(3)When the size and position of the opening is satisfied with certain requirements,the PK prestressed concrete composite slab still meets the requirements of engineering application.
