Study On Sustainable Post Evaluation Of Existing Building Green Transformation Project

With the accelerated process of urbanization in China,the shortage of resources and the deterioration of urban environment became more and more recognized.It was imperative to take the road of sustainable development and abandon the extensive development mode in the construction industry.In recent years,the development of green building had become the consensus of the community.It was very necessary carry out the green transformation of existing buildings for the construction of energy-saving emission reduction as an important starting point.But at present the green transformation of existing buildings was still in the initial stage,the scientific level of investment decision and the sustainability of project needs to be improved in green transformation projects.The sustainability post evaluation of existing building green transformation projects was an urgent need.It could monitor the achievement of project sustainability objectives,find the problem and put forward corrective measures in time.Decision layer could get feedback information to provide reference for decision-making.Based on the research of the existing building green transformation and construction project sustainability theory,it was leaded into the research on existing building green transformation the sustainability post evaluation which was part of the project management theory.It laid a theoretical basis for the sustainable post evaluation of existing building green transformation projects.It focused on the evaluation content and evaluation method of sustainable post evaluation of existing building green transformation project.Finally,the feasibility of the method was verified by an example.The main research contents were as follows:(1)The relevant literature data was analyzed in depth.Through untangling domestic and foreign current research situation of existing buildings green transformation and construction project sustainability,It discussed the connotation on the existing building green transformation,construction project sustainability and construction project past evaluation,it laid a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the model which was sustainable post evaluation of existing building green transformation project.(2)Through literature analysis and expert consultation method,index system was established.This paper analyzed the sustainable influence factors of existing building green transformation project,defining the basic content of the evaluation.The indicators of sustainable development capacity of existing building green transformation projects wereselected.It established an index system which was composed of 13 indexes,which were economic rationality,social harmony,ecological friendliness and operational management efficiency.(3)In this paper,the extension comprehensive evaluation method was selected,and the index weight was determined by entropy weight method,and the sustainable post evaluation model was established based on the theory of entropy weigh and the extension comprehensive evaluation method.At last,the paper evaluated the sustainable of an office building green transformation project by using the established index system and the evaluation model in Zhengzhou city.The sustainable level of the project was comparatively good,and the evaluation results were basically consistent with the social repercussions after operation.The case study showed that the evaluation model established in this paper can describe the sustainability of the project.And based on this,some suggestions were put forward to improve the sustainability of existing buildings.
