| The rapid urbanization process in China has brought about an expansion of urban construction scale and an increase in population,leading to increasingly prominent issues such as resource consumption and environmental pollution,and exacerbating energy consumption emissions in urban areas.With the transformation of housing from the "incremental era" to the "stock era" in China,green transformation is regarded as an important means to organically renew urban recession areas,which can effectively reduce energy consumption emissions in urban areas and improve the quality of urban ecological environment.However,the research on green transformation in China is still in its initial stage,and the scientific level of investment decision-making and the sustainability of projects urgently need to be improved.There is an urgent need to evaluate the sustainability of green transformation projects in old residential areas,identify the main factors that hinder the sustainable development of green transformation in old residential areas,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of cities.Through combing the literature on green buildings,green transformation of existing buildings and sustainability of construction projects,this paper expounds the relevant theories on the sustainability of green transformation of old residential areas.Through research and analysis of the status quo of the transformation of old residential areas in Tsingtao,this paper selects the economic sustainability,social sustainability,ecological sustainability The five aspects of operational management sustainability and institutional sustainability are used as the main dimensions for preliminary screening of indicators.Based on this,expert consultation methods are used and combined with the research results of green renovation in old residential areas to finally screen indicators.A post evaluation index system for the sustainability of green renovation in old residential areas in Tsingtao is constructed,and the weights of evaluation indicators are determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method,Using the matter-element extension model as the method for evaluating the sustainability of green renovation in old residential areas in Tsingtao,and using the green renovation project of Southeast Xinyuan residential area in Tsingtao as an empirical case,the comprehensive evaluation level of the sustainability of green renovation in this old residential area was finally determined to be "good",and the evaluation results were basically consistent with the social response.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation results,combined with the characteristics and current situation of the renovation of old residential areas in Tsingtao,and referring to the experience of green renovation of typical old residential areas at home and abroad,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the green renovation of old residential areas in Tsingtao,promoting the sustainable development of green renovation of old residential areas in Tsingtao. |
