Application Strategy Of "Four Section" Technology In The Construction Design Of University Library

The rapid growth of the global economy puts forward new challenges to human development: environmental degradation,resource constraints,global warming,and so on.The construction industry as the main resource consumption areas,the state and the government will pay more attention to and focus on the four section(section,energy saving,water saving,material saving)construction.In the development of University Libraries in China,the construction and development of the library is not only valued by the education department,but also the heart of the development of the campus in China.So we are not only to save everyone popular ideas,but also to the use of advanced construction technology,design inspiration,strong ability to build,to vigorously develop the construction of green building a building energy-saving and land saving,save from the number of amplification.From the beginning of the designer’s inspiration,design beautiful,compact and reasonable use of every inch of land in the blueprint;to developers,builders of the construction project carefully,carefully,within budget,cost ratio,procurement plan;from the building construction carefully,carefully treat the construction equipment,construction materials,do less waste,not to waste,don’t discard broken material,saving materials such as scrap.Efforts to achieve the party and the state and the people on the development of energy saving residential development expectations and goals.It will become the backbone of our future construction,become our country energy saving,the new section of the hero.In the development of university libraries in China today,the construction and development of libraries are not only paid attention to by education,but also become the core component of campus development in China.From the national low-carbon environmental protection development direction,from the management goal of saving management,from the aesthetic point of view of the overall design of the library,put forward new requirements.This paper studies the characteristics of the space,the function constitution,the cultural industrialization trend and the exterior design condition by the combination of the basic research and the design research.And puts forward the ecological design strategy of the complex with the adaptability of colleges and universities in view of thedevelopment of green building construction standard.This paper attempts to solve the similar problems spontaneously for the development of university libraries.Mainly in the energy conservation and environmental protection design strategy,the internal function integration utilization,the economical management and so on carries on the carding and the research.
