In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction has made great achievements,but also accompanied by the huge consumption of energy,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.In the past few years,the boiler emissions of coal-fired heating in winter is the most important source of pollution in the northern area of China,the Ministry of environmental protection from the beginning of2012 to PM2.5 emission into the "ambient air quality standards",the local government departments also pay more attention to environmental issues,and will improve the environmental issues into the agenda.Natural gas is a kind of high efficient and clean energy.It has been gradually replaced by the new type of fuel as a winter heating boiler.China has successively carried out the transformation of coal-fired boiler gas boiler project(hereinafter referred to as the "coal to gas project"),but the progress of coal gas project has been plagued by the project construction unit.If the project can not be completed within the prescribed time,will not only affect the investment efficiency of enterprises,but also affect the residents of the normal heating,causing social instability factors.Project schedule management has become the core issue of coal to gas project,the success or failure of the project directly determines the project.In this paper,a thermal power group in Beijing,the implementation of 6 coal to gas projects as a typical case,through the use of project management theory and method,the coal to gas project schedule management research.The WBS task decomposition method,the coal gas project will be decomposed into layers of decomposition,project construction,construction materials and equipment procurement,construction design,construction and acceptance of nineteen steps.Summarize the problems existing in the process of project schedule management,and analyze the causes of the problems.Statistics of various types of impact on the construction schedule of the time,the use of ABC classification method to determine the impact of coal to gas project progress of the primary and secondary factors.Combining with the engineering practice,the author puts forward the best solution to the project schedule management,and provides reference for similar projects.
