With the wide application of information technology in the practical work of project cost,which has accumulated vast amounts of information data.The current data is exponential explosion,so project cost industry has entered the era of big data.In the big data environment project cost industry faces a lot of new problems: project cost information data is not unified standard and is connected through difficulties.There is also existed "information island",besides project cost information data is update slowly,lack of in-depth mining analysised,etc.To solve these problems,this paper put forward from the point that must establish a national project cost information management platform which include big data technology deal with these problems,and fully tap the value of project cost industry information data,provide the basis for decision making that can improve the efficiency of project cost the actual work and then promote the development of project cost industry.In this paper,the research content includes:(1)Investigating and analysing the big data and project cost information management research status at home and abroad.Pointing out the current problem of project cost information management.Pointing out that the project cost information construction must introduce the technique of big data to project cost information construction.It indicate the significance of building a project cost information management platform based on the big data research.(2)To design the overall architecture,technology infrastructure,organizational structure of the platform base on hadoop technology,fully considered the project cost information big data environment,collected,stored and analyzed project cost information with mainstream technology,besides using organization of hadoop cluster to improve platform efficiency.(3)Realize the ideas of big data in the application of the engineering cost information management platform.Based on the project cost information data collection,using big data technology for data storage,analysis,data mining algorithm combined the large data structure with data mining algorithm,introduced the grey prediction,clustering algorithm based on graphs data mining to analysis the project cost information data,finally tested the platform in the big data environment.(4)Introduced the organization,construction and operation of platform strategy.It put forward that we must build a perfect communication and management mechanism,,we must give full consideration to risk of the whole process of construction of platform,collecting,sorting and release data timely and effectively,using appropriate system and technology to ensure the security of the platform.
