| With the booming of electronic control technology,e-control diesel engine has been widely used by traders.Marine e-control diesel engine is accepted by ship-owners due to its low load performance,which is superior to traditional ones.Hydraulic Serve System is essential in ME electronic controlling diesel engine.Diesel engine fuel injection and exhaust time is controlled via solenoid valve and hydraulic servo system.Hydraulic servo oil system of intelligent diesel engine is the key part of accomplishment of electronic control,moreover,mariners are lack of new knowledge and technology on the operation to it,thus to develop the simulation of intelligent diesel hydraulic servo simulation system is essential for future study,training and test.The essay focuses on the development of ME intelligent diesel engine Hydraulic Servo simulation system.The research subject is 12K98ME-C intelligent diesel engine made by MAN.The research is done based on DMS marine engine simulator and intelligent evaluation system,and it mainly focuses on modeling and simulation of the hydraulic servo system,main works are as follows,(1)According to the references on hydraulic servo system of ME intelligent diesel engines,build mathematical models on hydraulic power supply system and hydraulic cylinder unit,including:automatic back-flush filter,electric pump,axial piston variable pump,fuel booster pump,exhaust valve actuator,FIVA and others of mathematical modeling.(2)Accomplish mathematical model calculation,program design and system two dimensional interface by VC++6.0,and develop the simulation of ME diesel engine hydraulic servo system.Using 3DMAX draw VA model of hydraulic servo system,using UE4 virtual engine to accomplish real time environment rendering,roaming,human-computer interaction,thus to realize correlation of two dimensional interface and VA.(3)Apply the simulation system into intelligent evaluation system for mariners,to accomplish integration of variables correlation,test editing and intelligent test platform.Simulation experiment shows that,this system is functional in operation management,fault diagnose,emergency handling,and is qualified in basic training and estimation.This system can be used as an important component of intelligent test system for sailors. |
