Study On The Guidance System Of The City Emergency Shelters

Beginning in 2003,the yuan dynasty ruins park in Beijing started the planning and construction work of the emergency shelters in cities of our country.Leading by the government planning department and with the effort from management department of schools,parks,green space and streets,the construction of emergency shelters in the country has had a significant development in the past 12 years.The construction of emergency shelters is affected by many factors including urban land,population and economic development level.The planning and designing of it are professional.In order to make the work more scientific standardization,many places have introduced the relevant construction criterions combining with the development of the city itself.However it has also exposed some problems including incomplete systems,imperfect classification,unspecific design standards and differences between local areas,and these have all restricted the normalization of the construction of emergency shelters.The emergency shelters cannot work without accurate and clear identifications and because of the lack of specific guidance from the country,the identifications used in the different places of the country are in a mess.As a result,studying the identifications of the emergency shelters is of great importance to the real meaning constructions,standardizing identification systems,building scientific and reasonable emergency shelters and government management.In the paper,we first stated the development of the emergency shelters and further discussed the identifications used in the places.On the basis of collecting a large number of literature reviews and doing field survey,records,analysis and questionnaire of Taizhou Mountain Tai park,the people’s square,Taizhou vocational and technical college and Days lake park,we summarized the existing problems of the identification of emergency shelters in Taizhou.Then,we chose the Taizhou Days lake park as our study objects and did overall evaluation and optimization on it.We did further study on the graphics,texts,colors,layouts and envelop settings of the identification and tried to put forward feasible suggestions for the oriented systems in the emergency shelters through standard design in the park from both visual and spatial layout.What’s more,it can be used as a reference for the future construction of the emergency shelters and design of identifications.
