A Study On The Design Of Building Renewal In Traditional Urban Areas

The traditional urban areas is the main carrier of the historical and cultural of the city.For decades,the preservation,protection and regeneration of historical buildings has become one of the main ways to alleviate the pressure of urban culture in the process of urban renewal,both abroad and abroad.The design concepts and regeneration means of building renewal in traditional urban areas show a variety of different exploration directions during the development of different architectural theories.At first,it only focus on the development of the building itself.Then it pays more attention to the protection of urban lifestyle,the modernity of urban space,and other aspects of all levels in exploration human care.These explorations are still focused on the excavation of existing buildings and the extension of the design concept of inclusive.This paper aims at the refinement of the architectural design method and the new ways of the design of the building design under the modern design consciousness,aiming at the urban evolution level of the city with the urban cultural value and the design concept of the city in the specific area(traditional urban areas).There are three parts in this paper:The first part-The first and second chapters of the paper,through the relevant academic research at home and abroad,sort out the construction of renewable design concept development and practice results.And it summarizes the three essentials of architectural regeneration design in the context of modern city context protection: to extend the life cycle of the building,to enhance the value of architectural culture,and to protect the traditional pattern.Then it proposed building regeneration design needs to follow the principle of evolution,the principle of coexistence and the principle of sustainability.Finally,from the micro urbanization point of view of the existing building regeneration design of the city and the new era of technology considerations.The second part-First of all,according to the concept of building protection under the regeneration of the classification of the design,values the renewal buildings in the traditional urban areas.Secondly,from the four aspects of fashion and life,environment and space,space and function,materials and technology,the paper discusses the different emphasis and specific design methods of regeneration design.The third part-Based on the design practice of Xufu Street in Kaifeng traditionaldistrict,under the guidance of the concept of micro urbanization,three principles of recreational design of Xufu Street are put forward,namely,the principle of style inclusion,the principle of space type retention,the principle of continuation of characteristic space,Repair,integration and separation of structural techniques,consciously with Xufu Street unique space mechanism(to attract the portal,narrow homes,corridors and ladder,venues,composite living mode)as a specific means of recycling design space,to explore the Xu Fu Street The Regeneration Way of Historic Buildings under the Concept of Renewal of Traditional Traditions of Cultural Tourism.
