The Investigation On Comfortability And Safety Of Architectural Heritage Reuse

Architectural heritage is one of important part of human civilization,which is being broad interested by more and more countries.Following to continuous intensifying of protective consciousness on architectural heritage in worldwide,the theory of architectural heritage protection and the related engineering practice also has been developing constantly.In the western developed countries,architectural heritage protection has been developed to a relatively independent professional field,architectural heritage protection and reuse plays an increasingly important role in human civilization heritage,and,it has preliminary formed an important part of the human society for sustainable development.Many countries have formulated protective concept on heritage protection,reuse pattern and management method which suits their own conditions and social status,we need to scientific protect and reuse architectural heritage based on systematic learning,analyses and refer to other counties’ advanced experience as well as combining with national culture and inheriting ethnic culture.In our country,architectural heritage protection and reusing normally focuses on the architectural appearance,construction and decorations,but rarely mention on indispensable equipment system in modern life and the building itself how to be harmonious coexistence,this intend to cause inconvenience in the subsequent use and the waste of resources and economy,equipment renewal is not only the indispensable part to obtain comfortability and safety when doing architectural heritage reuse,but also the important support of energy conservation and environmental protection as well as sustainable development..This article follows this line of thinking,on the one hand,summarize and conclude on protective theory and practice of western architectural heritage,meanwhile,do comparative analyses on Chinese protective theory and practice of architectural heritage protection,on the other hand,give a comprehensive introduction on construction equipment and its role in the architectural heritage reuse.This article aims to take the various protective models and various structure models of architectural heritage protection and reuse projects as practice reprehensive,to explore the possibility of integrating equipment into the architectural heritage,will provide foundation for a more in-depth study and practice in the future.The article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter combs the development and changes in the concept of western architectural heritage protection and development of architectural heritage protection theory and reuse in China.The second chapter introduces construction equipment system and their importance in architectural heritage reuse,providing theoretical basis for scientific protection of architectural heritage.The third chapter analyzes the different level of protection and construction of architectural heritage protection and reuse in project practice,to provide a realistic basis on integrating equipment system into the architectural heritage.The fourth chapter spreads the research on designing method of equipment system integrating into architectural heritage harmony,to explore the possibility of equipment system integrating into the architectural heritage.Chapter 5 is the project practice,put the research results on designing method into practice,demonstrate its feasibility.Chapter 6 is conclusion.
