| Currently,Power companies usually need to purchase engineering construction materials to meet the needs of electric power projects construction and the needs of power companies for daily operating materials.With the widespread use of procurement management system and the implementation of new power policies,there are lots of new demands arisen on the power company procurement management.According to the preliminary investigation,many electric power companies currently are located in remote areas with more complicated geographical environment,and the information flow still has lots of problems.Besides,the company employees are still using the traditional off-line procurement management process and do not make adequately use of the information management system.In the procurement process,some power companies are still managing the procurement process by manual recording,which not only increases the workload,reduces work efficiency,and prolongs working hours,but also it is easy to cause errors resulting from manual recording.Combined with the requirements of modern(smart)supply chain construction,it is an impending demand to design an effective management system of power company procurement information so as to improve the efficiency of equipment and material procurement.In response to the problems mentioned above,this thesis aims to design a set of online procurement management information software with the basis of the research on the material procurement,production and supply of this process.The online material management operating system will be provided to the material managers,project managers and suppliers to conduct on-line management,which allows an efficient and integral material procurement management process.The system mainly includes five management functions,namely material production plan management,material production schedule management,material delivery management,material in-transit tracking management,and material delivery acceptance inspection.In current study,based on the demand points of the power company’s,considering some problems such as locations widely distributed,serious shortage of personnel and fails to monitor the arrivals of material,,we optimized this system using SWTO method to propose specific measures,to make the procurement management information system more scientific.With the purpose of improving the quality of equipment procurement and the efficiency of material procurement and supply,we established the system architecture and relevant technologies,detailed functional scheme design and coding development of the system.This system uses the B/S as the core architecture,and Extensive Markup Language(XML),regarded as the communication protocol,is compatible among systems.We select Java as the core language,and use some popular technology stacks in Java software development,like Spring Cloud,My Batis3,Spring Boot,as the basic development framework,to achieve data persistence layer by My SQL,perform Redis and other middleware to achieve data cache.At last,we use standardized software testing frameworks and tools to test the core business process,the core function and performance of the system.By writing unit test code to cover various boundary conditions,performance test code to identify bugs and system performance bottleneck points,the functions of the system can provide reasonable cover on business scenarios,and show high performance. |
