With the aggravation of the market competition and customer's personalized and diversified products demand,automobile manufacturing companies continue to introduce new models to meet the requirements of the market,in order to improve the utilization rate of the assembly line,the automobile production workshop is widely adopted in multi-model mixed flow production mode.Due to the multi-model,multi-configuration and JIT production requirements,the type and quantity of the line side material are increased multiplied,which put forward higher requirements for the material distribution of the production workshop.The application of Set Parts Supply(SPS)can effectively solve the problem of insufficient storage space for the material of production line side.In this paper,the material distribution process of SPS in the vehicle manufacturing workshop is taken as the research object,to achieve the material accurate and timely arrival,the distribution scheme of minimizing distribution relaxation is proposed.Firstly,this paper mainly introduces the material pulling method commonly used in the automobile production workshop.On the basis of introducing two basic ideas of push distribution and pull distribution mode,the material distribution mode commonly used in the assembly shop is summarized in this paper.Then,it introduces the relevant theory of SPS distribution mode in detail from the aspects of material layout,picking and operation process.Then,the paper studies the quantity configuration of the handling tools in SPS mode based on the theories introduced above.At the planning stage,a simple estimation method is proposed to guide the design of the configuration scheme,then using immune algorithm to solve the tasks grouping and group tasks sorting of the configuration model of handling tools number,we found that the latter method can get a better number.In view of the problem of material SPS distribution under various constraints of production process,the concept of distribution relaxation is proposed,and as the optimization goal,the mathematical model of minimizing the distribution relaxation is constructed,the heuristic nonlinear integer programming method is used to solve the model,the speed and distribution amount of single AGV single are obtained,and verified the effectiveness of the model and solving method based on Flexsim simulation platform.Finally,under the guidance of SPS distribution theory and method,designed and developed a SPS material distribution system for automobile production workshop,which is realized in automobile production workshop,the effectiveness and feasibility of distribution method,is verified in this paper as well.
