Research On Economic And Social Evaluation Of F Subway Project

As a modern metropolis with millions of population,Tianjin has a huge demand for transportation.Based on the background,F subway project was in invested.As the key infrastructure of Government invested projects,subway projects need to be fully valued in financial assessment,national economic assessment,social assessment and risk analysis during the engineering feasibility study period.This thesis combed the basic theory of current construction economy and society assessment research.Combined with the current situation of Tianjin society,economy and traffic,it analyzed related literatures and conducted the financial cost-benefit analysis,the economic cost-benefit analysis and society assessment.According to the economic efficiency,ability to resist risks,financial benefits and social effects of F subway project's key indicators,this thesis provided important reference data for the project feasibility demonstration.Through the financial evaluation of F project,the FIRR is 1.05%.The payback period of investment(including construction period)is 29.46 years.The financial situation is less optimistic.Considered as a normal project,it doesn't have any economic feasibility.But the urban railway traffic is a public investment project.Besides financial benefits,we should also consider its national economic and social benefits.In terms of national economic evaluation,the project's EIRR is 8.51%,which is greater than social discount rate.Net value is 1.75749 billion yuan.Its net contribution to national economy is more than the general requirements.The social benefits is very good.In addition,this thesis analyzed the risk factors of economic and social aspects and some suggestions are put forward in a predictable range.In conclusion,the F subway project has good economic benefit and social effect through economic and social assessment,therefore the project is feasible.
