Research And Design Of PTN Optical Transmission Network Based On Binzhou Electric Power Communication Network

Electric power communication network is an important platform to ensure the production,stability and economic operation of power grid.With the enlargement of power grid scale and the increasingly development of smart grid requirements,the power communication business transition has changed to large particles of IP business,the original TDM pipe and fixed particles based on SDH network can not meet the needs of the increasingly business development.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the power grid system and reduce the transmission pressure of the electric power communication network,Binzhou electric power company has made a deep optimization of the power communication network.In this paper,according to the needs of the Binzhou company,combined with the key knowledge of the PTN network,a optimizating Binzhou electric power communication network is designed and implemented.At first,the paper introduces the technology of PTN and the characteristics of SDH technology.Then according to the current situation of Binzhou electric power communication network,the business carried on the electric communication network was investigaged and the statistics was analyzed.Based on the existing problems,a solution was proposed.According to the voltage level of substation and the traffics with different bandwidth requirements,the paper summed up all kinds of business channel configuration and equipment requirements.On account of the bandwidth calculation model,the traffics trend of electric power communication network was predicted.Secondly,according to the design principle,target location,architecture design and networking mode,Binzhou PTN network was planned.The bearing capacity of the network and the protection of Ethernet services was tested.The results verify that the indicators are in line with the standard of international communication agency requirements.After the completion of the network construction project,the project has passed the acceptance of Shandong communication company.At present,the Binzhou PTN network works stablily with high safety and good reliability,and can meet all kinds of business of electric power load and the intelligent development.
