The comprehensive test platform of the aircraft test system is based on the actual engineering project,and the ground comprehensive test platform is designed for the unmanned aerial vehicle.The system mainly completes the testing of the parameters and functions of the airborne test equipment of the unmanned aerial vehicle.When the test equipment is not online,it can simulate the function of the actual equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the test.The test rig can test the finished airborne equipment,verify the unmanned aircraft manufacturing program of rationality,stability.Data processing subsystem is the core subsystem of the test bed,mainly to complete the data reception,storage and display,for video data,through the codec to complete the video surveillance,when the actual airborne equipment is not available and can not provide data source,Provide the data source through the simulator.This paper mainly completes three aspects of work:1.On the basis of the initial test-bed,combined with the simulation technology of unmanned aeronautical system and the automatic testing technology of the aircraft,the existing problems and the unfinished parts of the existing test bed are analyzed,and the design and implementation route The design of the initial platform for the software architecture upgrade upgrade.On the basis of the initial test bed,according to the progress of the project to promote the need to add part of the simulator to improve the test bench function to ensure the smooth progress of the test task.2.Improved the multi-thread design and caching scheme of the initial test bed,designed and finished more stable and reliable data receiving,processing and storage software to meet the requirements of the number of data interfaces and processing speed of the test bench.After the data was processed,The use of control data will be displayed through the graphics model;3.Comprehensive application of FFmpeg video decoding library,SDL pixel player to achieve real-time video surveillance,and customize the video transmission control protocol to complete the video quality control.In the actual test task,the data processing subsystem designed in this paper is well performed in the comprehensive test bed system,which meets the design requirements and performance indexes and has been put into practical use.
