| With the rapid development of economy,a standardized schedule management system has not yet been formed,and the management level of each sewage treatment enterprise in the pipe network transformation project is uneven.This paper will use the progress management theory and method to provide implementation plan and suggestions for the sewage pipe network project planning and progress management,and implement dynamic monitoring of the project progress,improve the project progress control guarantee measures.First of all,analyzes the project management and the related concepts,theories and algorithms needed in this paper,and builds the theoretical system framework.Then,it analyzes the characteristics and main problems of the sewage pipe network reconstruction project at the present stage in China.Aiming at the problems and reasons,it analyzes the construction period estimation accuracy,project progress monitoring level and project progress control measures Finally,taking the reconstruction project of C sewage pipe network as an example,the scientific schedule of the project is constructed by using the technology of schedule management activity definition-activity sequencing-planning network diagram-activity time estimation-Gantt chart,Based on the critical path method to optimize and adjust the project,so that the overall project can be completed in advance,and put forward the use of the establishment of dynamic monitoring system,construction organization and quality assurance measures.This paper studies the progress of C sewage pipe network reconstruction project,solves the planning and management problems of sewage pipe network reconstruction project,improves the management level of government and enterprises in pipe network reconstruction project,and provides reference for such pipe network reconstruction project.Figure 11;Table8;Reference 51... |
