Research On Schedule Management Of Jihua Hospital Reconstruction Project

Project management has three objectives:cost management, quality management and schedule management. Schedule is the soul of the project management, project schedule not only can induce engineering project delay but also can lead to the project quality decline, and the change of the project cost, sometimes even can make a project failure. Therefore the analysis of project schedule management is of great significance in reducing the engineering delay and reducing loss.The subject is the reconstruction project of the schedule management in this paper. First introduce the subject of domestic and international basic theory and research status, expounds the construction project schedule management theory, analysis of the schedule plan, schedule management control and so on. Then from the project management perspective, the use of management science and other related knowledge, to JiHua Hospital reconstruction project as an example to carry out empirical analysis, innovative application of WBS task decomposition method and Gantt chart compiled the project specific project schedule, the beforehand, in the matter, after the whole process control method, control and use regular observation method and other methods to carry out supervision and inspection, and take the effective measures to adjust the deviation, control of progress, at the same time, the in-depth analysis of the factors to affect the progress of the project change, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.In this paper, through the analysis and research on the project schedule and control, the reasonable and effective ways and methods adopted in the project schedule management, which have certain reference significance for other construction project schedule management.
