For now,the construction process of highway asphalt pavement were applied to the top layer of asphalt pavement coarse aggregate in diabase and basalt-based,rarely used limestone,which is due to the widespread view that the limestone application at the time the top layer of asphalt pavement,asphalt pavement skid resistance does not meet the requirements.At the same time,on the one hand because of China in recent years the rapid growth of the new expressway mileage,basalt large quantities consumed,but also more difficult basalt mining,higher mining costs,so that makes basalt purchase price also increased sharply,thereby making the cost of a corresponding increase in the construction of highways.On the other hand,in our country,extensive limestone storage in various regions,if the limestone used in highway asphalt pavement top layer,it will greatly save the cost of highway construction.Based on this situation,this paper will combine the substantial projects through the test section and paving 200 m indoor asphalt mixture specimen wear test performance characteristics of skid limestone asphalt mixture of asphalt mixture were studied.While the relevant physical parameters of different types of limestone can be detected,for each performance between limestone correlation between research and analysis.The main program of this paper is on the one hand according to the method recommended specification for limestone coarse aggregate skid wear performance indicators verified by experiments,analysis of limestone coarse aggregate performance indicators are in regulatory requirements within range.On the other hand indoor accelerated wear test,the skid resistance of asphalt mixture impact factors were studied and analyzed.It also uses a method for engineering feasibility entity limestone used for asphalt pavement were related research,the main method is via paved road test,and the test section of the road performance testing.The first part of this article is mainly on anti-decay properties of asphalt mixture carried out relevant research,first determine the experimental research related indoor,we studied the amount of sand and Aggregate Grading asphalt mixture resistance to decay rate impact.Respectively,plus the amount of sand and aggregate gradation of variables indoor abrasion test asphalt mixture specimen,which studies the added amount of sand,wear lap and Aggregate Grading of Asphalt Pavement skid rats.The second part of this article is mainly through the performance of different types of limestone were tested,combined with existing research study,the correlation of several limestone coarse aggregate affect skid resistance index built studied In order to obtain limestone used in the top layer of asphalt pavement construction process requires strict control of performance indicators provide a reference.The last part of the article is to provide skid resistance of the test sections paved indicators were tested and analyzed research limestone used in asphalt pavement layer above the actual skid effect,above the limestone used in asphalt pavement layer provides a practical basis.
