Distribution automation system can improve the reliability of power supply and reduce the power loss of user,has great significance.There is a huge number of distribution terminal in distribution automation system,and the distribution terminal is made by different manufactures.The communication of distribution terminal of each manufacturer uses private information model and mechanism,and lacks of the support of standard information model and communication mechanism,makes it hard to achieve interoperability between distribution terminal from different manufacturers.Establishing the unified information model of distribution automation communication based on IEC 61850 and realizing the consistency of information interaction semantics is an effective way to solve this problem.The distribution areas is not covered by IEC61850 standard,this paper applies the technology and method of IEC61850 standard in the field of distribution automation,analysises the usecase of functions of distribution automation system according to the object-oriented unified modeling method,for example of SCADA,feeder automation etc,establishes logical node of all functions,models instance of the FTU for the pole-mounted switch,finally,verifies the availability and validity of information model by setting up a test system,provides technical support for realizing the interoperability of distribution automation equipment,and reducing maintenance workload,solving the problem of plug and play of terminal equipment.The research content including:(1)Analyzing the application of distribution automation system.The typical application of function of distribution automation system are analyzed based on the conclusion of structure and function of distribution automation system,for example of SCADA,feeder automation etc,using object-oriented method,combining with the communication process of implementation of function of distribution automation system,determined the object,direction and content of communication,providing the basis for establishing the object-oriented information model.(2)Building information model of distribution automation system based on IEC61850.After determining the process of information interaction of function of distribution automation system,on the basis of the principle of logical node modeling of the IEC61850 standard,combining with object-oriented unified modeling method,building the model of SCADA by using standardized logical node,and building the model of feeder automation by using newly-built logical node,laying the foundation of building of information model of distribution terminal.(3)Establishing the information model of the FTU for the pole-mounted switch.Introducing the modeling method of terminal equipment based on IEC61850 by using the FTU for the pole-mounted switch as an example.Creating the ICD files of the FTU for the pole-mounted switch by using configuration description language of IEC61850,and the structure and contents of the configuration file is analyzed.(4)Verifying the availability and validity of information model by setting up a test system.Test system includes distribution automation master station system and distribution terminal,in the test system environment,the defined file of information model of the FTU for the pole-mounted switch is transmitted by using the mapping of Web Services,and the measured data is transmitted by using the mapping of IEC60870-5-104,accomplishing the transmission of data of distribution automation based on IEC61850.Applying the IEC61850 standard to distribution automation system,promoted to build a unified information model of distribution automation system,realized the interoperability and plug and play of terminal equipment from different manufacturer,simplified the installation and configuration of the system,promoted the development of distribution automation technology and smart grid.
