China's logistics industry is developing rapidly in recent years,especially promoted by the good development trend of online business platforms.Among a variety of modes of transport,air transport has become the preferred choice for many courier companies because of its speediness and high security,but the Airlines and airport groups do not fully enjoy this wave of dividends.When analyzing the reasons,the main findings are as follows:Air transport is still mainly focuses on long?huge and bulky cargo and maintain the traditional air cargo consignment and agency procedures and other operating processes.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the aviation import and export operations and the layout of air express center with express business participation.First of all,reviews the domestic and foreign large airport,air express,the author of this paper center set up in the airport and the airport outside two layout modes for process analysis and optimization.Business process modeling method by comparing a variety of discrete system,use Petri nets for two modes air express center operation process modeling,roads and through the method of invariant analysis of the structure performance,so as to verify its basic performance such as boundedness and active.Based on the study of domestic and foreign related research,this paper studies the modeling and simulation method of discrete operation procedure and the common methods in Logistics park layout planning.Two virtual functional areas of the empty side and the land side are added on the basis of improved SLP method.Combined with logistics and non-logistics relationship analysis,a multi-objective model is established,and it has three objective functions:total cost of transportation,land use rate and functional area correlation.According to the actual situation,fixed constraints and aspect ratio constraints are set up.Finally,Genetic Algoritlhm is used to solve the problem and the optimal layout scheme of air express center is obtained.Secondly,according to the optimal layout in the process optimization model for internal air express center layout research.Methods of layout problems are reviewed comparison,selection and to improve the application of SLP method.According to the characteristics of the air express center to join the virtual function analysis of air side and land side of the traffic impact on delivery center,abandon the traditional artificial layout adjustment method at the same time,establish a material handling cost minimum,adjacency correlation is the largest and highest land utilization as the goal of a multi-objective mathematical model,to find the solution by genetic algorithm.Finally,the new airport in Beijing as an example,based on the improved SLP domestic air express center to its internal function layout planning,the more satisfactory layout scheme is obtained and verified in this paper,layout method of the new airport air express center in Beijing to provide theoretical support and decision-making basis.
